Hours of Operation

We have established the following policy to keep our operating costs low as well as maintain a family work life balance.

Our core hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday. We make every attempt to perform service and install work during this period. Things don’t always go as planned and on occasion, if acceptable to our customers, we will work beyond Core hours to complete an activity. If the majority of work was performed during Core hours and we requested permission to continue, the Emergency Surcharge will not apply. We make this determination on a case by case basis. Service work that is started outside of Core Hours is subject to the Emergency Surcharge.
